A Certified Engineering Technologist with over 33 years experience in heavy manufacturing operations, including Industrial, Defence, Energy, Resource, Mining and Transportation equipment sectors. Mr. Ehrhardt has facilitated large scale projects with responsibilities that included operations management, marketing, product estimating, industrial engineering, manufacturing planning and support and specific project management.

    Operations Management Specialist

    An operations specialist with over 40 years experience in a variety of heavy manufacturing environments including industrial fabrication, railway rolling stock production, offshore structures, energy projects, pressure vessel / storage tank construction and commercial steelwork. Mr. MacDonald’s responsibilities have included senior shop operations oversight, direct supervision of projects and manufacturing employees, major production line set ups and specialized lift / shipping arrangements.
